House Support
Once relocated, your property will then be supported in either the traditional method of supporting a building with the house lifting sty blocks and steel beams placed directly beneath the building, this option if often used when the access around the perimeter of the building is limited. The other method we provide is by way of free spanning the entire building which enables the building to be supported on a raft of steel beams and house lifting sty blocks which are placed on the outside perimeter of the building.

The art of underpinning structures is as old as that of building itself, going back to ancient times. The purpose of this is to increase the size or depth of a structure’s foundation. This is called remedial underpinning. It is a specialised form of construction and needs to be performed by experienced foundation specialists and engineers.

I have been self-employed for over 40 years and have been lifting, repiling and removing buildings for over 35 years.
I am a fully Licensed Building Practitioner and have also hold a Gold Card Licence for building removal in Australia.
Choosing our company over our completion will ensure honest and personal involvement from the beginning to end from myself, due to my hands on approach to every aspect of the building development.
The main and very specific advantage in choosing to employ my services involves the lifting and support of the building due to our use of full length beams offering a superior support structure to the building resulting in less remedial repair at the end of the project.
We offer 2 different support systems, the first is to support the dwelling with the stacks placed directly beneath the building, we return to site to reposition the stacks as and if required.
We also offer a freespan house support service, with the stack standing on the outside of the dwelling to enable you to move around freely under the building. The other advantage of this system is the ease for pouring the slab.
Our engineered house lifting support gear has no deflection in the beams while supporting the dwelling, so the floors remain level.
